I am an integrative health and nutrition coach. I have special interests in menopause, perimenopause, healthy ageing, chronic illness and chronic pain.

Making changes in your lifestyle can be difficult and feel overwhelming. I am here to help.

Your lifestyle can heal your health and wellbeing and is key to healthy ageing. You are a complete and interconnected system, this includes your body, your brain and your emotions. There is no one size fits all for good health, although there are some principles that apply to all of us. Food is important, but activity, sleep and social networks matter too.
